Napoleon Bistro & Lounge Opens for Lunch in Adams Morgan

1847 Columbia Rd, NW

From a press release:

Beginning Monday, November 5, Napoleon Bistro & Lounge will be opening for lunch, every day of the week, featuring a brand new menu with café fare including salads, sandwiches and crepes. Napoleon’s extensive gourmet coffees & teas menu will also be featured during lunch, including their popular Nutella Espresso, Caramel Espresso and Viennese Espresso (a double espresso shot with cinnamon, vanilla & whipped cream). Napoleon’s lunch will be offered from 11:00am – 3:00pm.

Napoleon’s new lunch menu will stay true to the bistro’s Parisian identity and will offer items such as Tuna Nicoise Salad served with Ahi Tuna, field greens, olives, anchovies, French beans, and mustard vinaigrette, Croque Monseur made with Jam Bone de Bayonne ham, gruyere cheese, sauce béchamel, and served with a cucumber tomato salad, and a Marseille Crepe served with chicken, sour cream, onions, red peppers and red pepper sauce, to name a few.

Desert items include Mousse Au Chocolat (a rich dark chocolate mousse with whip cream), Apple Beignets (golden crispy granny smith apples served with vanilla ice cream and crème angliase), and their well known Last Tango Crepe (nutella chocolate and strawberries served with a berry melba sauce).
