After last week’s GDoN house porn a few readers threw down the gauntlet and dared me to find one worthy of the title house porn. Well, I have answered and answered with vigor… Seriously, this house is so wild, I couldn’t believe I just stumbled upon it. It is interesting to note that it, and the next door neighbor, (see photo below) are two very modern houses within an old school block. Since I walked around Georgetown a bit I thought it’d be interesting to feature one their old homes for sale. Man, this is a cool one. Check out the virtual tour, it is one of the most unusual I’ve seen. I think it looks pretty sweet but am curious why it has been on the market so long (182 days). What do you think of the home itself? $739,000 sound reasonable?

So I know some feel that all the GDoN homes are house porn but just for the record, I’ll call it house porn when the asking price is over a million bucks. On these posts I think it’s more interesting to hear about what you think of the home itself but for those in the know that want to take a crack at the price, that’s cool too. Without any further ado this home is going for $1,195,000, which in Manhattan would get you a 2 bedroom coop…
