Thanks to a reader for the heads up. When I took the above photo I actually ran into the new owner. The property was just purchased by Lock 7 Development. They will be building a 4 unit condo on this property located on 10th Street, NW just north of V. Here’s a rendering:

I’ll be sure to update with photos as the building develops. The owner expects it to be completed in roughly 6 months.

Been meaning to try their Caramel Apple Crumb pie for awhile. This will definitely make...
I thought they said there would be a lot of pigs here, but there are horses too?
OMG their SMOG and Baltimore Bomb pies are ridiculously delicious!
behind enemy lines
The 4 horseman of the snowpocolaypse!
Exact address?
I’m not sure the exact address because it was a hole in the ground but it is just north of V St. on 10th.
it would appear that the address is right there on the floor plans. unfortunately, we are not provided with a high-resolution version of this image to read the address, but a little bit of research using the google tells us this is 2106 10th Street NW, which the friendly realtor tells us below
It’s 2106 10th St NW.
Any chance to link to a larger drawing? Would be cool to read the dimensions and see some more detail.
I just added the pdf image so if you click in the hyperlink “10th Street Rendering” under the jpeg you should get a larger image.
Interesting. I lived a few doors up from this and in 2006 it was owned by Division1. The plans, called the Drost, won some design awards even. Website is still up even. http://www.thedrost.com/ I wonder what the story is that it switched to the new developers.
What I want to know is WTF is gonna happen to the burned out church across the street?!
“What I want to know is WTF is gonna happen to the burned out church across the street?!”
I agree. Anyone know?
I can confirm that this is no longer The Drost development. Division One sold the lot a few weeks ago.
As for the church, I believe it is owned by the architect who put up the condo building next door. They were planning to “renovate’” it, but I don’t know anything beyond that.
